Here at Kindnessphotography your input and feedback are always essential to our Newcastle & North East of England business and helps us establish a closer relationship with you our customer. Only with this vital information can we keep growing and improving and enable us to provide you with an exceptional customer service. So if you have any questions at all no matter how small, or even if you feel they are insignificant regarding any of our services, photographs or even this website please send them through to us on the form below.

We not only want to hear the good but also welcome any constructive criticism or ways we can improve what we are offering with our services or website. If however forms and emails are not quite your thing and you would rather talk to us directly then just give us a call on the mobile number provided below to speak to us direct, or leave us a voicemail if we are unavailable at the time. We will try and call you back as soon as possible so can to discuss your requirements and needs so we can help fulfill all your photographic requirements. We will also aim to get back a response to any form or email you send through to us within 24 hours whenever possible.

You can also use the form below about enquiring to book in an event, photoshoot or any other service that we provide. Just give us as much information as you can including the date and time, what is the occasion or event & approximately how long you need us for. We can then check our schedule to see if we can fit you in, or if not recommend another local photographer who may be able to help when we are not available.

Written enquiries obviously will however take us a little bit bit longer.
